Life expectancy is 50 plus years and the elastomeric coating, which prevents rusting and
galvanization, can be applied periodically to extend life.

02

SINGLE-PLY MEMBRANE

Single-ply membranes are cost-effective, easy to maintain and have an average lifetime of 20-35 years.
High reflectivity for white and tan options allows for Energy Star approval.

The installation does not require a torch and performs well under the element.
Standard color options include black and gray.
The roof is a good option for long lasting.

03

TPO

TPO  (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)

Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) is the most popular and most economical of commercial roofing in heat adhesive membranes. Easy welding and seaming for seaming and detailing reduces air conditioning costs.

TPO is ideal for flat roofs

Heat-welded together to form an impenetrable unit that protects the building from all elements.

TPO is also resistant to most chemicals. The average life span is 20-30 years.

04

EPDM

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)

Provide long-term strength, durability and weather resistance.

The black surface helps to melt snow and heat up in cold climates. Resilience is good for freeze / thaw conditions and areas that are prone to hail.

Easily install EPDM without power tools.

Not heat welded, but it is very resistant to heat and water.

EPDM is a good option for flat roofs with a positive pitch so that no water builds up on the surface.

The average lifespan is 25-35 years.

05

PVC

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

A highly flexible membrane that resists chemical and animal fat and Extremely strong.

Heat-weld joints form a permanent waterproof bond stronger than the membrane itself.

Excellent choice for restaurant applications.

High reflectivity and lower air conditioning costs make it suitable for warm southern climates.

PVC membranes are sometimes referred to as single-layer membrane Cadillacs and have an average life span of 25-35 years.

05

ROOF VENTILATION

Ventilation systems regulate the temperature of the attic, extend the life of your shingle and prevent ice dams in winter. Unventilated roofs are generally referred to as hot roofs, and most shingle manufacturers do not warranty "hot" roofs.

06

GREEN ROOFING PRODUCTS

There are many energy star-approved products with "green." Metal roofs can be rated for energy and have many of those sloping products.
Reflective shingles that reflect solar heat at home to keep energy star-approved roofs and attics cooler.
